3D Gloop! “Foundational” Supporter Package Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a Foundational Supporter Package, you (“the Supporter”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Accuracy of Provided Text

• The Supporter confirms that the text submitted for inlay is accurate, free of errors, and correctly formatted as intended.

• Changes to the text after submission may not be possible and are at our sole discretion.

2. Modification & Custom Requests

• While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate preferences, we cannot guarantee any additional requests beyond the standard offering due to production constraints.

• We reserve the right to make final determinations on text layout, material, and placement.

3. Character Limits & Additional Fees

• The default character limit is 18 characters (not including spaces).

• Requests exceeding this limit may require an additional fee, which will be determined and communicated before proceeding.

4. Content Restrictions

• The submitted text must not contain:

  • Defamatory, obscene, or offensive language

  • Hate speech, discrimination, or politically sensitive material

  • Copyrighted or trademarked names/logos unless you hold the rights

• We reserve the right to reject any text submission for any reason.

• If we reject your submission, you will receive a full refund for the Foundational Supporter Package.

5. Order Finality, Refunds & Chargebacks

• Orders are final and non-refundable after 14 days from purchase.

• Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. If a chargeback is issued:

  • We reserve the right to take legal action to recover the amount.

  • The Supporter agrees to reimburse all legal fees and expenses incurred in the process.

6. No Ownership, Title, or Interest

• Purchasing a Foundational Supporter Package does not grant the Supporter any ownership, title, or financial interest in 3D Gloop!, its facility, or any assets.

• The inlay text is a symbolic representation of support and not a contractual right to any part of the property or company.

7. Lifetime Discount Terms

• The "lifetime discount" is defined as 30 years from the date of purchase.

• The discount:

  • Is non-transferable and cannot be shared

  • Has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for monetary compensation

  • Cannot be combined with wholesale discounts or used for resale purposes

  • May, at our discretion, be stackable with other promotional discounts

• Violations of discount policies may result in revocation of discount privileges.

8. Exclusive Alpha & Beta Product Testing

• Foundational Supporters may be granted exclusive access to Alpha & Beta product tests.

• Participation in these tests is subject to:

  • Signing legal agreements, which may include but are not limited to:

    • Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

    • Material Transfer Agreement (MTA)

    • Hold Harmless Agreement

  • Compliance with specific participation requirements, which may vary depending on the test.

• Failure to adhere to the terms of these agreements may result in termination of access and potential legal action if confidentiality agreements are violated.

9. Early Access to New Product Launches

• Foundational Supporters may be granted early access to purchase new products before general sale.

• This does not reserve or guarantee inventory of any unreleased product. It only provides an opportunity to purchase before public release.

• Certain quantity restrictions may apply to ensure fairness and limit excessive pre-release purchases.

• The length of early access time is determined solely by us and may vary from product to product.

10. Updates to These Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time with notice to Foundational Supporters.

• Continued participation or use of benefits implies acceptance of updated terms.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
